Payment Plans Explained

Secure your plots with a 20% deposit and pay the balance over 6 months. 

Example below:

Buy a 1/2 or 1/4 acre plot at The Shamba Kuruwitu, Vipingo: 

1/4 acre plots: The Shamba Kuruwitu, Vipingo – 1/4 Acre @ Ksh 4 Million

  • 20% Deposit = Ksh 800,000
  • Balance = Ksh 3,200,000 to be paid within 6 months.

1/2 acre plots: The Shamba Kuruwitu, Vipingo – 1/4 Acre @ Ksh 6 Million

  • 20% Deposit = Ksh 1,200,000
  • Balance = Ksh 4,800,000 to be paid within 6 months

When will I get my title deeds?

You will receive a copy of your individual plot deed plans as soon as a 20% downpayment has been received.

Your original title copy will be transferred, into your name, and handed over within 14 days of full payment. Our legal team are available to advice and guide you at every stage.

How much are 1/4 and 1/2 acre plots?

S1: Mtwapa Creek Residence – prices start from Ksh 7m for 1/4 acre plots and Ksh 11m for 1/2 acre plots.

S2: Kuruwitu, Vipingo, phase 1, prices start from Ksh 3.9m for 1/4 acre plots, and Ksh 6.5m for 1/2 acre plots.

What is the difference between Freehold vs Leasehold title deeds?

A Freehold title gives the owner absolute proprietorship
over the land in perpetuity. It’s important to note that Kenyan Citizens are allowed Freehold, while non-citizens are allowed Leasehold.  

Leasehold property is held on a government lease for a specified period, usually 99-years for both local and citizens, easily renewable for the price of a peppercorn.
