Getting started

The Shamba Developments was founded by Faheem Aloo (CEO) in 2018. Later in 2019, Ian Isherwood joined as co-founder, and our legal team, MGK Advocates, have been with us every step of the way. Our success in our first development, The Shamba Creek Residence in Mtwapa (S1), a 100-acre project, which now only has 4 plots left, showcases our unwavering commitment to excellence. Looking ahead

Our new project, The Shamba Kuruwitu in Vipingo, is a breathtaking 40-acre development located in the heart of Vipingo, along Kuruwitu Beach Road. We are currently in Phase 1 and offer amazing investment opportunities with strong returns on investment (ROIs).
